Reliable, accurate, dust-free filling

Garbuio Dickinson have developed the bin filling system to cover a wide range of applications including rigid 1.2 m bins and cardboard cases of various sizes. The weight of the bin is continuously measured during filling by a high accuracy loadcell system, so that the quantity of product in each bin is closely controlled.

The product is evenly distributed in the bin by oscillating feed conveyors to ensure optimum filling and uniform compaction. A tamping press applies the desired degree of light pressure to the product to maximize the bin contents.
Lids can be automatically placed on the top bin of each stack.

The system is virtually dust free due to the retractable chute which seals between the top of the bin and the filling conveyor.
