Garbuio Dickinson offer 3 refurbishment options to suit all requirments and budgets and are able to offer these options on a number of different machines. The packages consist of:

Bronze: Audit + Service.

Usually done on site.

• Detailed survey of machine; this is reported back to the customer
• Dry run machine and report functionality of each sub-assembly
• Replace cutting strip, top and bottom caps
• Replace side cheeks
• Replace renewable faces
• Replace top band chain drives
• Reset machine (mouth etc)
• Replace oil (Customer to provide if on site service)
• Generally clean

Silver: Refurbish.

Usually carried out in a Garbuio Dickinson factory

As BRONZE but in addition:

• Strip down and clean major sub-assemblies
• Check electrical components (REPORT TO CUSTOMER)
• Clean cabinet & retain original parts
• Replace bearings and seals
• Reuse motors. (Rewind or new for voltage change)
• New AC inverter main drive motor
• Retain pneumatics, clean as required.
• Replace knife stripper blades
• Bring machine up to current safety standard
• Tooled access
• Safety switch on pivot arm
• Grinder hood
• Door guard switches

Gold: Factory rebuilds.

Usually carried out in a Garbuio Dickinson factory

As BRONZE and SILVER but in addition:

• Complete strip down and rebuild
• PLC control
• Touch screen
• New electrical cabinet
• Replace all machine wiring
• Replace auxiliary motors
• Replace pneumatics
• Replace couplings and clutches
• Replace grippers
• Replace segments
• 1 year Warranty
